A £20m project with plans to create two world firsts; an oxygenated health and wellbeing spa complex with 40 en-suite bedrooms, together with lodge accommodation for 150 luxury lodges and the creation of a luxury boutique hotel within Phase One of development. The project has been presented to South Ayrshire Council planning and economic development teams as well as the Scottish Government who fully support the project.
The Cassillis project takes advantage of the growth in wellness tourism, a $3.1 trillion industry, which is growing 46% faster then general tourism. Unlike England, Scotland does not have a day spa resort and Naneau will become a world’s first in a full nanotised oxygenated spa complex. Plans also include franchising the oxygen clinics globally. Ragdale Hall and Nirvana Spa have revenues of £18.3m and £15.3m respectively in 2016 and the uniqueness of our project will create both national and international recognition.
